Single System

Any single circuit is referred to as “Simplex”. Without any duplication of functions, the reliability and resilience of such a control circuit depends heavily on the care taken at the design stage, component quality and the complexity of the system.  For simple control circuits with limited number of functions a simplex circuit is adequate.  This solution relies on a single PLC network and I/O.
